About Me

I am Dr. Eric Thomas Weber, director of graduate studies and professor of Educational Policy Studies and Evaluation in the College of Education and affiliated faculty in the department of Philosophy in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Kentucky. In 2024, I was selected for one of the UK Alumni Association's Great Teacher Awards. From 2017 to 2019, produced and co-hosted the syndicated Philosophy Bakes Bread radio show and podcast on WRFL Lexington, 88.1 FM. In addition, I have served as the Executive Director of The Society of Philosophers in America (SOPHIA) since 2010. From 2007-2016, I was assistant and then associate professor of Public Policy Leadership and affiliated faculty member in the School of Law and Department of Philosophy at the University of Mississippi.
